Marvel's Wolverine Wiki is an independent, fan-made guide site. It has no accounts, no sign-ups and no newsletter, and it is not affiliated with Insomniac Games, Marvel or Sony Interactive Entertainment. This page explains what happens to data when you visit.
What We Collect
Nothing that identifies you. This site has no accounts, no sign-ups and no forms of any kind, and it does not collect names, email addresses or payment details.
There is no analytics service and no advertising network on the site at the time of writing. If either is added later, this policy will be updated to name the provider and describe what it collects before it goes live.
What Your Browser Stores
The site remembers one thing: your light or dark theme preference. It is saved in your browser's local storage so the page does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. If you have never used the toggle, nothing is stored at all and the site simply follows your operating system setting.
That value stays on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser's site data removes it. No tracking cookies are set.
Server Logs
Like any website, requests to this site pass through a hosting provider that may keep standard server logs — typically IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user-agent string. These are generated by the infrastructure rather than by anything we have built.
We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data. Retention is governed by the hosting provider's own policy.
Fonts and Assets
The site uses the fonts already installed on your device rather than loading a web font service. Loading a page does not send a request to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider.
Styles and scripts are served from this domain. The official trailer on the homepage is not loaded until you press Play — until then you are only seeing a cover image.
Playing the trailer loads YouTube's privacy-enhanced embedded player from youtube-nocookie.com without leaving this site. YouTube may still receive your IP address, device information and playback activity once the player loads; Google's privacy policy then applies.
Links to Other Sites
This wiki links out to the official PlayStation game page, the PlayStation Store, Insomniac Games, Marvel, Discord and YouTube, and cites its sources at the side of each guide.
Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, subject to their privacy practices, which we neither control nor monitor. Check their policies if that matters to you.
Children
The site is a game reference for a title rated M 17+ and is not directed at children under 13. Since no personal information is collected from anyone, none is knowingly collected from children either.
Your Rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to look up, export or delete. The theme preference described above is stored only on your device and is entirely under your own control in your browser.
If you are in a jurisdiction such as the EEA or UK that grants access, correction and erasure rights, those rights still apply — there is simply no personal data here for them to reach.
Changes to This Policy
This policy will be revised if the site starts using analytics, advertising or any other service that processes visitor data. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
